im a midvalley CF member, try going after office hours, u cannot work out in peace. ppl asking how many sets u left, u got no chance to use equipment

rarely i see O&G people that are fit. especially those fresh grads. most fit ones i think are those middle age seniors that are married but no kids yet so got spare time to gym.

i think those u see may be bankers coz they got loads of free time and can cabut at 4pm.

anyway most people not looking to grow muscle like beefcake so they might ask you for tips if your body is fit but not muscular.

or run the running machine for 2 hours and impress the folks there.

u know many people looking for tips dun dare approach muscle ones becoz they felt they are too hardcore.

also ladies looking to slime up their bodies probably wanna ask tips from you too.

The last time i was there, petronas staff FOC ler. Just share card that gets them access. So whoever grab the card fast, gets it, then next day morning kena return la. I know cos i use the card many times lol
