FYI...

I just bought P2 from lazada which was label as new and it arrived yesterday...my problem is somehow when i check using lenovo companion and also at lenovo site my warranty has already activated on 20 march 2017 while i bought it on 29 june 2017 and received the phone on 3 july 2017...is this normal? also the phone came with the version S062_170117_ROW (2nd OTA released on 24th January 2017) installed and not S033_160919_ROW (Released from factory). Is there a possibility my phone is refurbished?

As shown above, I bought mine on 6th Dec 2016. By right, the warranty ended on 6th Dec 2017, but seems like we have extra months.

So, ur unit warranty ended on 20 May 2018...?

Nope mine ends on 17 june 2018...which is lesser than 1 year warranty for me...and if base on lenovo website that stated warranty activated on 20 march 2017 and considering like u stated those extra months of warranty makes me think more likely that my set is a refurbish phone ...what do u suggest i do?

Where you bought that unit? Why don't revert to them, if you are buying new unit?

bought online from lazada. Receipt stated seller as seven mobile sdn bhd. im enquiring them at the moment in the lazada page.

If 14-days policy is active, you have the right to ask for full refund.

Once received full refund (within 14 days or so from Lazada), get another unit from other seller....

1.is the phone good? on par / better than RN4?
2.what's is the cheapest price right now? n
3. accessories easy to find?

Processor & ram are same among them, but RN4 don't have fast charging and its battery smaller than P2. P2 got 5000magh battery and rocket charge. Fully charge in 2hrs. Accessories are hard, but can find thru aliexpress.

RN4 = casual gamers, social media, IR blaster & OS patches/updates.
P2 = casual gamers, social media, multimedia, VR and Super-Cast, Powerbank, NFC (wireless payment), and 4K video recording.

Both has average camera performance. However, P2 has better audio stereo recording in both 1080P and 4K.

Current OFFLINE price still above RM1K.

Accessories mostly imported from online retailers.

You can't go wrong with either devices but try RN4 first and see how it goes...RN4 is easier to sell off should you tired of it...

reason for sale? plus fully charge in 2hrs for me not a quick charge..same charging time with RN4 right..

even kedai ustaz got no accessory for this model?

Bro, 5000mah battery for only 2 hrs charging, really fast aldy
RN4 only 4000mah and no fast charging at all, need more than 2 hrs per cycle

Well no other reasons. Just want to use smaller phone, aiming huawei p10 lite

How about 1 hour charge can give us 3,000mAh energy...any other phone out there can give you 3,000mAh for 1 hour charge...? Even the great VooC Charge can't achieve that rate...

I never bother to go offline as online shopping is way more convenient and plethora of choices...

Nougat update "seems" to have memory leaks issue when running memory hungry apps like Facebook, Instagram, SnapChat...

You can browse at mudah.my for second hand list...no apps need...

40% energy left and I can still CONTINUOUSLY use P2 until midnight...LOL..
