16% from 5.1k is 816mah, so for normal phones with 3k battery you actually has 27% battery left. very light usage like whatsapp messages shouldn't be a problem to last whole day. I started the day today with 52% left and currently at 46%, only using whatsapp and light browsing.

If you take a good care of the phone there's no need for a screen protector. A simple case would suffice to protect the body from scratches

based on latest leaks on new moto models, the name motorola will be back. they should realize by now, moto/rola branding is no longer a flagship brand, people won't pay premium price for it when they have other options from samsung/huawei on a similar price point.

Google how to remove app thru adb. You can remove system apps using this method without root. I did this to my Sony docomo phone removing all docomo related stuff which improved the battery life quite a bit
