Just called cimb cs to check my lazada transaction just now. Because I don't know what to ask whether my transaction is eligible for cashback or not, I just asked the cs for its mcc. She said the mcc for my transaction is 458. I don't know whether I am asking the right question to the cs lol so anyone got an idea?

When I look at the first page, yes mcc got 4 numbers. I don't know what she gave me then. By the way when I look at my old lazada order, it is written paid by cybersource. Recent orders, paid by hellopay_cc. Maybe this is the cause some transaction not eligible for cb?

Cs said the july cash back will be reflected on august statement with slightly different description. But when i check thru cimbclicks its only said cash rebate and other retail cashback, which is idk whether that is for july or august transaction. Gonna check first and inform cs if got issues. If every month like this sigh tiring

Yes the statement cycle is 28-27 thats why i said july cash back not august cash back. Cash back that cimb failed to give i.e lazada issue. Never had finance charge before, at all

looks like I'm going to use this card for my celcom bill only, or starbucks topup. will find other card for lazada spending. if not it's fine too coz didn't spend too much on lazada nowadays

My adjusted cashback still not reflected in my statement, need to call cs again

This cimb makan teik a lot la. I think about the lazada transaction, the adjusted cashback it went to 2 months ago, I made a report. August statement should have it reflected, but still don't have. Few days ago before Sept statement end I made a call again, and the cs said it should be reflected in the next statement, so Oct statement. Just check cimbclicks, recent transaction only got new cash rebate reflected and other cash back reversal, no adjusted cash back. Called again just now, cs said the person before made my report only send the manual form yesterday, she said need to wait next month statement. Funny leh coz the cashback reversal on the spot can reflect in recent transaction while the adjusted cashback need 1 month to settle, and some of you guys made report can get it in a week time. End of rant lol
