I also have transaction made on 31 Oct n posted on 1 Nov. Also, my Oct txn at taobao hz only get 2% cashback, email to CRU on 30 Oct , but no news until now..

Email to CRU on 30th October asking about the revised cashback issue on txn date n posting date, they replied today:

Received call from CIMB that they will credit back the Taobao cashback shortfall to me after complain to CRU for almost 1 month
