QUOTE(stevenX @ Aug 12 2017, 02:38 PM) Did you guy rn4 (snapdragon) Maybe your sim card is dirty? Try clean it up with alcohol. Will switch off date and network itself ? I mean all of sudden network dead. Using maxis. Im pretty sure the area have maxis 4g+ coz my other phone network is fine. Really lame xiaomi. Had gave xiaomi up so long. Now give it back chance and choose rn4. Disappointed me bcoz of this network suddenly die. Only battery life is good, and cant consider as best battery life yet. |

After update to MIUI 8.5 the camera output seems a bit better. Anyone else got the same finding?

Just now played around with the camera. Noticed that burst shots produces more noise but when edited with Photoshop can retain more details. Kind of like a 'RAW' mode
Also it can shoot 4K video when using third party app like Open Camera, which is much sharper. |

I also have the same experience. Previously after update to 8.5.4.0 got GPS locking issue. Now somehow it can lock immediately.

QUOTE(syukaro @ Sep 14 2017, 05:34 PM) anyone use this kind of screen protector before? "soft tpu screen protector" Tried this on my wife's huawei phone. It's very hard to apply compared to tempered glass. Quite scratch resistant but no oleophobic coating so fingerprint everywhere.after looking through about hundreds of comment in taobao, the general consensus seems to be 1. no ugly halo effect 2. very soft and covers the whole screen 3. doesnt feel like there's a screen protector at all 4. harder to apply than tempered glass. 5. bubble automatically dissapear. seems to be similar to s8+ soft screen protector. But like you said, no halo around the edges. |

Recently upgraded to 9.6.2 ROM. It has serious battery drain issue even after I tried factory reset and battery calibration. I recommend everyone to skip this rom.
Anyone knows how to downgrade rom version without unlocking bootloader? |
