Im pretty sure the area have maxis 4g+ coz my other phone network is fine.

Really lame xiaomi. Had gave xiaomi up so long. Now give it back chance and choose rn4. Disappointed me bcoz of this network suddenly die.

Only battery life is good, and cant consider as best battery life yet.

New RN4 64GB ori MY unit user here reporting in, let the phone OTA to latest miui8.5 and did a full reset before start migrating my data from the old phone. after setup the phone and etc, 1st thing i try is to run out of the home and try out waze with gps, gps lock in swiftly in less than 30secs. glad my unit is nto a lemon one. great phone none the less as my main workhorse while using MiMax as my 2nd phone.

Lucky that I have a note 4 without gps problem. My note 4 has decent gps reception, able to lock within seconds , just that day using metal bumper causes no gps signal at all. Btw I use am using hotlink

do you use GPS on daily basis? i'm using like around 3 hours a day or sometimes more. driving around klang valley for work purposes.

last time when i have to go somewhere once a while using GPS with my redmi note 4 also no issue. lock instantly, and no showing any prb. only lately using it for hours daily basis i notice this issue.

same with my volume and power button.

i don't facing any problem on wifi. if you connect to different wifi connection, is the wifi signal still drop?

I do but only during playing Mobile Legends (I don't play other games much). DC during gaming is pretty annoying. But previously on other modem/router, I didn't face this problem.
