Guy, is it normal that the Malaysia set with EIN sticker having red "GLOBAL VERSION" word tagged on the box?

Went to Kedai Ustaz looking for cheap Clear Case & Tempered Glass but both unavailable, only the MTK version which have the IR blaster in the middle of the phone got various of cases.

wtf my full tempered glass hide the 3 led light button on the screen because the tg is covering it with black tinted on it.
is this normal? |
