Wifi A/C is the 5Ghz frequency isn't?

Here's good old video that explained AC wifi

TL;DR

802.11AC designed for high speed but for short range.
802.11N designed for better long range, but will likely have interference.

As long the charger has qualcomm certified it should do its job.

My charger Output : 18W max (5V/9V/12V)

That's weird. You should able to choose which app as default if you install waze.

Anyway, do this :
1. Open Android device Settings.

2. Enter the Apps menu (sometimes called Application Manager).

3. Swipe over to the All apps list.

4. Scroll down and tap on Waze.

5. Tap Open by default.

6. Tap Clear defaults if any exist, then tap Open supported links and choose the relevant option:
　　• Open in this app
　　• Ask every time
