Gonna manually install via updater it on my snapdragon redmi note 4x 4/64 GB, so what I have to do is download the 1.3 GB file from the link and open updater apps to done the rest right?
Any disadvantages from using this rom?

This is dev rom rite? There could be some bugs, but from my experience, dev rom sometimes feel better than stable rom. Just that you cant return back to stable rom via updater. Need to flash via fastboot.

Btw, does the video recording have some kind of stabilization build-in on the rom?

I'm currently trying Lineage OS only to test the modded google camera with HDR+ function and EIS on video recording. Both seems to work well but with some bugs and force close.

EIS work very well? I tried once on my friend Google Pixel, very stable with shaky hand.

Not perfect, but the video is much better than miui camera without any kind of stabilization.
Try flashing it via recovery?

Direct reply from notification need to use dual finger swiper (not like normal nougat)

No floating notification / heads up for whatsup to test if can reply dirrctly from the floating notification which is the most useful feature for me.
Edited. Found the setting for floating notification. But sadly cant reply directly from it like normal nougat. Bad move xiaomi.

Quick question. Note 4x and Note 4 have the same size/case?

Cause the other day my gf go to phone shop, they were selling redmi note 4x case and said it doesnt fit redmi note 4

And my understanding they are the same model apart from LTE bands and the bluetooth upgrade on 4x, 4x was launched for US/Europe region while Note 4 model sold in SEA and India. (Both SD version not the MTK)

Feeling like the auto brightness is not as responsive as before this.
