yeah, can't buy any decent houses here...too expensive the most i can buy is my current lousy apartment

but if that's the case, meaning the soil is hard = be stable rite just is that a good thing or bad thing

+ just realized that the contractors have no privious history..looks like their first project 0.15cents per square feet of maintenance..yeah i've already visited the site twice this week...but i'm no sivil engineer

hi all....just came back from Bkt Ikhlas for some arrangements......

1) superb clubhouse fasilities
2) hill view since it's located on the hill
3) my unit : park view
4) private road/entrance to townhouse
5) 0.15 per sq ft......
6) 1358 for RM245k.....tomorrow my house increase by 5% according to salesperson today......that make me earn 12k in 2weeks......
7) still under contruction : once finish the price will go up
8) surrounded by international school.....got some australians buying here....even my neighbour is a japanese married to a local! hehe
9) 2 car car park...1 fully covered, the other one semi....front + behind.....
10) access 2 PLUS and also to LDP
11) free shultle bus from bkt ikhlas-south city plaza-star LRT i forgot which one-Jusco and selected landmarks....
12) tesco opening soon near by
13) Jusco around 3-5km.....
14) private land + private community give you 5star feel....yet affortable if compared to Sri Hartamas with skyhigh prices
15) investment...(this one not so sure about, still investigating.......)




-ve part :
1) road condition around Sri Kembangan not so good due to construction around
2) traffic jam near Sri Kembangan market, has a alternative road to avoid this but i've still to explore it.....
3) 10km from tmn desa where I now stay....that means +10km + 11km from PJ... ++ all the places I currently enjoy from my apartment in tmn desa...hmmm

that's great.....then we can team up and start our own teamCity bkt ikhlas btw, I've booked the Court9...my Parcel no is 9-24-2......im wondering in the future for investment if I wanna sell this house would the number '4' there be a problem
