omg bayan villa so nice!!! i looking for my first property, working in KL. dunno if i can get loan of RM500k or not. anywyas, how much is the maintenance fees in bukit villa?

any more details on bayan villa? like how's the maintenance charges rate like, clubhouse pics, 3+1 room going for RM550k now. not worth it rite? been to this area, and feel like this price is overstated if compared to places like damansara perdana where u can get a more decent condo in these places at better prices.
