QUOTE(keronge @ Apr 30 2017, 10:17 AM) Hi, got something to ask. That's strange. I ordered mine on Monday's past midnight (Tuesday already), got it on Wednesday's morning. In KL though.I ordered my Infinite sim card last Tuesday and until today have not received any notice except for the receipt, Called CS and he said usually takes about 7 days. Did you receive any tracking number beforehand or did you just receive the shipment without it? Any case of it taking this long or is it just normal? Thanks for any help. |

QUOTE(MrLoo @ May 2 2017, 12:57 AM) Hei guys, planning to get this infinite to replace my steammix 4mbps. However, I am still afraid of whether it is stable and suitable to be used as a home broadband? My test on digi prepaid on 4g was 15mbps dl and 15mbps ul on average. Isit recommended to register for the plan and terminate streamyx? Today tested a few times during day n night. On the other hand, when's the promotion gonna end ? Of course worth to try. Moreover, it has no contract, can cancel anytime. On paper, it's until June but may be ended anytime. |

QUOTE(shibemei @ May 4 2017, 09:01 AM) Dear LYN sifu, Yes. Have to MNP first, your current SIM card must be out of service only you can put Digi SIM.I've requested MNP to Infinite 2 days ago. SIM received yesterday by postage, now I just have to wait my old telco for network switching confirmation SMS? Cause when I insert the new DIGI sim the phone still can't get any signal yet. |

Speed is always affected by few factors, location, device, users' density. So, it is normal some get fast speed while some don't...

Heads up, Infinite 150 may be ended very soon. Probably by this month end. Not sure if this will be executed but yeah.

QUOTE(fat16 @ May 6 2017, 06:55 PM) Agree. I thought Webe is under TM?Too many potong TM for i150, TM will cry and report to her Big Daddy. Dont play play with TM QUOTE(kernel123 @ May 6 2017, 08:19 PM) nice speed there. congratulation.no congestion in ur area My house in PJ can get 50Mbps with just LTE devices. compare the speed in my area with u,just night and day. 4g may i know where is the area? Luckily all telcos work superbly well here. QUOTE(lah91 @ May 6 2017, 08:46 PM) Taman Rahmat Jaya, Kundang, Sg.Buloh. Digi built Tower at My surau.. hopefully soon hv 4G advance. no issue 4G at all since i use prepaid digi(1years) now upgrade i150(1month). peace of mind using on peak n off peak hour where my speedtest on peak hour average 80mb-90mb dl, 20mb-30mb ul; off peak hour 90mb-110mb dl, 30mb-40mb ul. all time using ip5se n hotspot to other device. planning later want use modem huawei e5186. now am saving money for that modem. That's LTE-A speed for Digi's standard. iPhone doesn't have the "+" sign if I'm not mistaken. |
