Hi, Just wanna ask because I just got an invitation for a digital interview at Maxis. Anyone has any experience on this? It says that just log in to the interview conveniently at your own free time and voila, done. However, it has been 3 days now and I haven't try it yet...Thought would like to do it on weekends. Will it be expired?

Hi, there should be an expiry date stated on the email. "Complete the interview by....." I suggest you try the practice interview to get comfortable infront the camera and also your surrounding and lighting. Good luck.

U need to download HireVue app.
I was given 5 questions and each question I had about 2-3 min to answer.

1-3 is standard interview question

4 is depends on the industry.. same Question asked too

5 & 6 - First time I'm hearing such question

Supposedly to be easy. But when you prepared yourself to face the hard question - researched so hard on the company background and unfortunately appeared getting a casual silly kindergarten questions, how would you feel? Lol. Brain freeze.

Sharing out the questions so that I could help those seeking the tips for this digital interview. Who knows you might even get questions like 'Sing to us our national anthem song. Or how does the dog sounds like?' 🤣

Hi all, i just done my interview very badly due to first time on camera and abit sick. Better luck next time...

How does this work?
Is the interviewer a prerecorded video?
And you got to answer with camera like Skype?

Just like skype interview but it's not live. They will give you a link in the email for that digital interview. You must download the app. Once you are ready, you can click start (can do anytime anywhere before the expiry date). 30 seconds of reading the question, 1 minute to answer the question. It will start record by its own once that 30 secs reading time is done. There is countdown for it, so make sure think fast and know what to answer.

Anyway, they will include practice questions as well. So practice until you feel comfortable before attempt the real one.

Seems like an interesting interview concept.
Guess must have cam and so on on the PC.
How bout use phone? Can achieve that?

Almost similar, but lucky no need to sing... Phew

When I clicked on the link --> it directed me to the Login with my interview ID. There's only 'Start' button.
I couldn't find any other link.

Hmm I received an email stating that I should do an digital interview from maxis as well. Normally how long will the link last before it expires?

Applied for The Maxis Management Associate Programme online. Got the interview link and completed it. So far the questions are easy lah. Just the typical behavioural questions. I'm sure there's another interview stage after that.

TBH not sure if I want to proceed after this stage lah.

HireVue is the worst thing ever to happen to recruitment process tbh.

Mind to elaborate why?

I attended theirs a few times, always failed.

Now I don't bother even if they invited me.

It does feel somewhat idiotic talking to yourself and I think they have a lot of questions and a lot of time allocated to each question.
