This old elephant's case shows the example that , only you yourself can safe guard your life not the LAW can safeguard you.

Same thing , when TNB have need for electric cable , that when they got straight path through the forest , terus pull cable through without even checking for possible elephant crossing or not making the towers higher to save cost..

Definetely the TNB is at fault to pulling their cable through that forest ..

But one life can be saved if the animal is abit careful of their nyawa ..

the transmission cable broke (according to the guy) then that particular cable touched with the tower tension cable which connected to the ground
the elephant unfortunately touched that tension cable..
