Not true.. at least not the garbage collector in my area..
My garbage collectors actually have separate compartments/bags hanging by its side for different categories of rubbish (for those that do segregate). They collect aluminium cans, paper, plastic and glass instead of dumping them into the compactor. They do make some spare change from selling those items off.
If yours doesn't then consider finding a nearby recycling bin to drop your items off (weekly basis perhaps), or searching for a community project that helps, or sending it straight to the factory (theres one near Old Town PJ).
As to where to watch it, its probably coming to our cinemas soon. If you can't find it on torrent, I really recommend that you buy a pirated version which I'm sure you can find anywhere. It was stated in the credits "Get as many people to watch this movie" after all.
It's not the glaciers and ice cubes I'm worried about. It's the advent of a new ice age, the changing extreme weather patterns, the floodings that will occur, and the destruction of the global ecosystem.
Would one rather watch a slideshow or a movie
It did have enough emotional resonance for it to win an Academy award after all hehe.
True, but the amount is minimal and is not what's causing the staggering statistics shown in the movie.
The whole Global warming is cause by carbon dioxide emission has crumbled , it does not hold any water, by looking at the temperature b4 1970, it is the fact that there will be climate change no matter how much carbon dioxide will be created. My garbage collectors actually have separate compartments/bags hanging by its side for different categories of rubbish (for those that do segregate).
