Data monitoring app?, Help

Hi guys,
Everytime i connect my laptop through tethering, my data usage tracker keep showing it is downloading something like 2mb per second. I am not able to find out what is the programme that keep my data flowing. Any app can i do that to find out the culprit? Else its costly for me to tether. Left it a while my data finish.. Thank so much. |

My monitor now can only track how much i used, not able to detect which programme using it
