Submitted application form and documents on Sunday, this morning received SMS that my Quantum card has been approved. Just curious why no call from PBB for verification?

I had problem during online submission, you may try.
Eventually I email my application form and documents, approved within 3 days.

Correct, and also make sure the transaction is posted within the statement cycle (i.e. there may be 1-2 day lag between transaction date and posting date).

If statement cycle doesn't suit your spending pattern, can easily call to change.

My VS showing PAYONLINE-TNB PETALING JAYA MY but my Quantum Master showing TENAGA NASIONAL BERHAD PETALING JAYA MYS

Both transaction consider online transaction right? 1st time using Quantum Master card smile.gif
