If I'm not wrong, the first statement for PBB cards is always generated the following month after card is issued.

I made 3 (advance purchase) bookings via Hilton Hotel App, but sadly they are NOT online transactions, and, the hotel only manually processed the transaction yesterday (which means my Week 6 cashback will be reduced to only RM20 instead of RM50).

Generally I think hotel reservations are hit-and-miss in terms of receiving online cashback. I know Agoda "pay now" is regarded as an online transaction, but there are so many variations depending on which platform you use, and the agreement between the online portal and the individual hotel.

Anyway, lesson learned. Total losses = RM180 (as I used 3 supp cards to get the RM50 6% cashback each, plus a loss of RM30 promo cashback for my Week 6).

Same case as me. the only difference is, a junior maxis staff pick up my call, and keep telling me only 2 tx today, and tell me tx on the days before this. he doesnt seems getting my question right.

Oh man. If that's the case I'm going to have to do a lot of work dealing with all my supp cards one by one!
