I have called HLB CS to find out if "TINGKAT 1 KUALA LUMPUR MY" is still considered under utility or not. Will revert.
Seems like all transactions via UOBpayonline will directly go to the merchant instead of being paid to UOBpayonline first. For payment to TM, if it directly go to the merchant, do you receive any SMS from TM indicating that they have received the payment few mins right after you made the payment from UOBpayonline? If I remembered correctly, I do receive SMS from JOMPay via CIMBClicks for TM bills payment. This post has been edited by David83: May 14 2017, 09:24 AM

A little disappointed with PB CS. Emailed them for a follow up regarding my application status on last Friday and until today, no reply for the email nor a call from any of the CS from the general CS department or the card department.
I have a feeling that my application has kissed goodbye! Bravo PB for your suckest CS service! At least, CIMB CS bothers to reply email inquiry in a much slower pace.
