If a principal card holder applies for a supplementary card with separate statement, can he link the supplementary card to principal card holder's PBe online so that he can view the transactions?

Yes, I paid AIA online using Quantum MC.

Failed to pay unifi bill at tm.com.my and occ.unifi.my with Quantum Mastercard.

"Transaction is not able to proceed with current credit card. Please use another credit card."

You can cancel direct debit at the AIA online portal then pay at the portal the following month coz the direct debit cancellation will take a few weeks to be processed.

This is Public Bank's reply to my email regarding failure to make online payments at tm.com.my using Quantum Mastercard:


We refer to your e-mail dated 23 May 2017 pertaining to the usage of your PB Quantum Mastercard credit card for TM.Com.My online payment. Please accept our sincere apology again on the inconvenience caused to you.

Our investigation reveals that our PB Quantum Mastercard credit card Bank Identification Number (BIN) has yet to be updated by TM.Com.My's Acquiring Banks which resulted in your unsuccessful online payments on numerous occasions. Please be advised that we had notified all Acquiring Banks to update our PB Quantum Mastercard credit card BIN on 15 March 2017 and 26 April 2017. Nevertheless, we had again reiterated to the Acquiring Banks to update the card BIN urgently. We will notify you once the card BIN is successfully updated.

Lazada KUALA LUMPUR MYS didn't get cash back for purchase paid with Quantum Mastercard.
Emailed CS and was informed cash back will be credited to my account once PBB irons out the issue with Lazada.
