supp combined-statement or separate-statement?

if combined, you can "add" into your PBe.

if separate, you need your wife to add the supp card into her PBe.

just paid few summonses* (PDRM and JPJ-AES) in MyEG using Quantum Mastercard.

i just did one PBe for a new supp card, just last week. i walked-in to PBB branch and settle everything there knowingly it cannot be solved online or via phone call.

PBe must be linked to SA first. CANNOT linked to CC only. end up, i had to open new Basic SA for the supp card holder. min RM20 to open basic SA. I ignored the ATM card since i'll be using PBe exclusively, no ATM usages.

after opened new Basic SA, staff created PBe account linked to the new Basic SA. i manually entered temp pin via pinpad. temp login ID sent to mobile number. on the spot, i login the PBe and created proper login id & password. finally, PBe is accessible, able to see the new Basic SA. Also, i manually "Add Card" for the supp card in PBe.

took me ~2 hours from branch opening hours at 930am until 1130am. it was more to human traffic at the branch due to long queue of ppl exchanging new RM notes for Raya.

yep, pbb's PBe is ancient piece of portal that needed SA to be linked.

no choice to walk-in branch to open SA.

else, just wait for the monthly e-statement sent to your email (remember to update the mobile TAC and email sent to you).

my complaints for missing cb (principal & supp) already been credited last week.

CIMB CR has very specific criteria for "online" which must also be POSMODE 81, that limits to many merchants that doesnt implement it properly.

Quantum MC or PBB's definition for "online" is loose, for as long as CNP transaction is already classified as "online".

that's the stupid credit sure/credit shield thingy that banks kept asking u to signup to protect your "outstanding".

if you didnt explicitly signup for it, call CS to CANCEL and WAIVE all the charges. threaten to report to BNM for their unscrupulous act in subscribing this credit sure without explicit consent from owner.

if as paranoid as this, it doesnt matter 1x or 4x salary, money still gone right?

then better dont carry any cards.

cc general T&Cs already stated clearly it's your responsible to protect your card/pin/usage.

there are ppl asking whether BT/Flexipay is extended. why? previous campaign ending today 30 June. hence PBB has now extended it to 31 Dec.

previous BT was 1 July - 31 December 2016, then 1 July 2016 - 30 June 2017. now 1 July 2017 - 31 December 2017.

another reason: most ppl dont check PBB website they ask here first without checking the official sources.

same here, i'm also taking advantage of PBB's Quantum Flexipay 12mth 0%. almost like BT to own self

previously taken few 9mth 0% Flexipay due to purchasing furniture/electrical when moving to new joint. really helped my cashflow.

didnt use min 12 times? the auto-waive criteria is quite straightforward though.

there's no simpler way other than calling CS to request waiver.

#2 shouldnt be due to shopback. i had used VS with shopback+lazada, got cb and description as LAZADA MY (ECART.....

suspect this is similar to shopee's whereby lazada manually process the payment, thus PBB recorded it as non-online transaction.


write an official email to them, including Traveloka. you have higher chance to get cb adjustment. show the receipts/proofs that they were indeed performed "online".
