cuz OTP shows eCom because the transaction triggered online by you. No issue from user's side.

problem is, shopee somehow had to manually trigger the transaction to go thru via MOTO, so the final transaction captured by PBB would still non-online transaction.

probably shopee's payment gateway got intermittent downtime? probably maintenance? seems like not pretty solid/fullproof to handle backend error transactions.

luckily i dont target much using Shopee, except for TNB which is 1-2 times per month. the rest, i prefer each own portal.

saving a bit in Shopee, but possibility of losing 6%/5% from PBB

pbb vs can mah, reload at jaya grocer. but each reload will incur rm0.53 fee.

problem only happen intermittently or randomly. doesnt impact all shopee transactions.

this is how i gotten my PBB VS.

i applied loan from PBB for around RM450k. agent wanted me to get credit card, so i took the opportunity to get VS. while in negotiation on the loan rate etc etc, i pushed for VS to get it approved ASAP since the agent is the loan officer, so could get things done quicker (i guess).

income that time also slightly lesser than RM100k but EA Form already exceeded that amount with Bonus inclusive.

finally, gotten the VS, but rejected the loan offer since it's not competitive.

becuase it was 2 separate applications mah. one is mortgage, another is cc.

i did it on purpose to push the loan officer to settle my cc application. i guess she would get commission

when i applied VS by myself, PBB also sent me Visa Platinum. after i received the card, i called-in to cancel it immediately.

so, TS removed from the listing until someone reported latest GRAB transaction to confirm.

yep, get the officer to expediate the appeal and approval for VS they can have more say to push the sales to you (i.e loan)
