if i cancel order and opt for store credit instead of refund, will it need long time to process like refund to bank account/credit card?

Initially told lazada my previous order (refund received) was dead on arrival and the 2nd order (smartwatch) was cancelled. Also told how disappointed I am to shop at lazada with all these issue.
