click the details la.

suspect when your line was suspended previous, they reverse the charges (stop charging you). then after unsuspend, they prorate again.

check the details again, you will see the proration date.

your line was suspended 19 July, then reactivated on 21 July.

mobile wifi is the free 10gb LTE pass. this is free, +40 then -40. u pay nothing for it.

only got extra 1 discount: Broadband Bundle, which i dont know where/when u got it from.

the rest all standard. essentially RM79 plan with 10GB LTE hotspot RM0.

the broadband bundle discount is just one of the item. bill amount is EVERTHING.

you're actually paying LESS because webe did not charge you during suspension period (2 days).

from RM79, you only get charged RM73.90. RM-5.10 was not charged due to suspension of 2 days.

FYI, 1 day is about RM2.55 monthly fee laugh.gif

basically, the line is not under your NRIC because you registered under your friend's NRIC.

so, as him to log into self care, have a webchat there. request to terminate the line. the agent will ask some verifications, so your friend should be able to answer it.

no termination fee because no contract! tongue.gif

the agent might tell your friend to clear the outstanding bill. tell the agent you just got the bill, will clear by end of the month. ask the agent to proceed with the LINE TERMINATION (give them the number to cancel).

you didnt say which service are you on? webeM or webeB? you need voice/sms features?

if just purely for data, get webeB instead. RM59 with 20GB per month. can tether, no restrictions

same like unifi bill: current month (prorated) + next month. at most would be 79 (this month) + 79 (next month).

since you register after contacted by TM, then no upfront payment collected.


if you plan to terminate, you would get refund back to your bank account. you must tell the agent to refund back during your chat with them to terminate service.
