Anyone here got suspended??

Wonder those that get suspended is just single simcard user account or they suspend multiple sims account as well? I have 5 sims

Be warned, those who use the service with usb modem, download file and streaming abnormally or excessive within short time will be suspended.
Any telco have their FUP, it will suspend any abuser as it's their right to do so.

totally topkek.. some used over 100GB and got suspended as well..
coz a lot data been used within short period..

Unless they changed their T&C if you don't use VPN or tether to other devices you can lodge a complaint with MCMC if you get suspended.

if u want to use webe.. makesure you comply to these

Yup, they said I happen to sent a bulk of SMS in a short time. When I ask for record, they said need to wait for upcoming bill, see the statement there
No tether, except for that 1GB free every month.
I guess maybe thats the case, but they insist in my case its because that SMS usage violation.

Anyway I just follow the procedure to reactivate my account back and its OK now, if still got suspended again I will terminate webe for sure haha.

Upon getting the Surat Sumpah the officer suggest me to do a Police report, so I did, attached together with the Surat Sumpah.

Yup, went to webe lounge at Sunway Pyramid, it takes 2-3 hours to reactivate after I submit the doc. They said within 24 hours.

But they didnt sent any notification for you saying ur account is now active, thats why I wonder.

Last time for me, they need only surat sumpah and IC copy.

I just emailed to them and they reactivated the line after 2 business day later

probably coz that time i already used around 103gb and they suspect me use any 3rd party app to bypass tethering detection...
and no i did not...
so i deny it in my surat sumpah...few hours later my line reactivated.

you send the letter and copy of ic thru email?
if yes, then memang lambatlah...
if webe lounge near to your place just walk in submit je...
within 1-2 hours terus reactivate.

BTW, when I saw last month' bill.. I was surprised, normally the bill amount would be RM 83 plus plus.. but however, they charged me around RM 23.

I can't say much about webe act of suspending unfortunate user, but I can say their network speed is improving little by little. Slowly band 38 start showing up here in my area.

Base on speed test I've done, when the signal is great it's somewhere between 25-35 Mbps.

P/s: Look at the top left of my picture attached, I'm currently on band 38.

1. Yes both are available.
2. Dunno how to lock signal. Anyone here know any method?

Owh I prefer not to root my phone.
I use LTE Discovery app. Go to setting and choose 'Live Notification'.

Is your version the latest one? Mine version 4.12.
And it do have live notification.
