It's there, but the pictures doesn't come our no matter how many time i refresh or press CTRL+F5, it won't come out at all.. sweat.gif

Can someone take a look on this and make that tag visible again? rclxub.gif

That... kinda defeat the purpose of having dispute tag?
Since we need to click on the user profile first.... not everyone will click on the seller user profile

Dispute Tag is given to those who failed to reply to dispute.

Not really helpful.
And, it's a pity to newbies if they don't know how to do that, then got cheated by those "bad traders"

I think it's best if some of you guys could put it back to normal so that everyone can see the "bad trader" tag clearly. smile.gif

Just my 2cents though. notworthy.gif

There is no 'bad trader' tag. Bad traders are identified from the blacklist thread. We never had any intention of having a bad trader tag. We do, however, have dispute tags and people on dispute tags should be avoided.

Just checked up on his dispute threads, they're mostly misunderstandings
Most probably while closing the thread we forgot to remove the tag/status from him

Then, if you guys don't have the intention of having bad trader tag, so why is it there in the first place? blink.gif

There was a point in time where I used the 'bad trader' option to 'mark' traders who have displayed a lack of ethics or someone whom we should note down for future purposes. As a result, there are a few (very few) people who have been marked' bad trader'. In time, we will be replacing this something more nifty.

I think the TS is trying to say, those who have bad trader should link the revelent things that they've done to dispute corner

Eg: Bad Trader when users click on it, it'll link to the revelent dispute reported by the users.

Concrete Example:
http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showuser=18701 - GenX
You'll see Trader Status : Dispute Resolution

The TS trying to suggest that when we click on Dispute Resolution, it'll link it to http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/410041. For users to findout what's the things done by the bad trader.

That's it basically.

The idea of a dispute tag is to ensure that buyers do not, or be extra careful when dealing with such members. It will ensure the seller/dispute tag holder takes extra effort to settle the dispute and remove the tag. The tag is not for buyers to look up on the dispute. While linking seems somewhat feasible, we would like to think that having a dispute tag automatically makes the seller avoidable. The onus is on the dispute parties to solve the problem, not for others to poke their noses into the dispute with unnecessary comments.

There is no bad trader tag at this moment. It was something we experimented with sometime back before coming up with the dispute tag. We then decided that if you reach a level that merits a bad trader tag, we would prefer to suspend your account and blacklist you instead of letting you still be a member of this community.
