Feedback disbutes/bad trader

I can't see the "Bad Trader" tag picture.
 All traders who has that "Bad Trader" can't be seen at all  It's there, but the pictures doesn't come our no matter how many time i refresh or press CTRL+F5, it won't come out at all..
