I am considering to purchase a property called the Leafz Sg besi, but they said Feng shui wise pool,above your apartment is bad, or on top of any home, can cause loss of money, bad luck, among other things, would like to know if anyone staying under a pool has experienced  such bad luck and think it's true? Or there is a was to counter these effects? I am not always  superstitious but in a case of putting serious money down, I just want to know. Thanks.
