I am considering to purchase a property called the Leafz Sg besi, but they said Feng shui wise pool,above your apartment is bad, or on top of any home, can cause loss of money, bad luck, among other things, would like to know if anyone staying under a pool has experienced such bad luck and think it's true? Or there is a was to counter these effects? I am not always superstitious but in a case of putting serious money down, I just want to know. Thanks.

good point, but I would like to know if any residence who live below swimming pools experience, or first time moving into a residence under a pool has experienced unfortunate bad luck, that seems unlikely but happens, so yeah. Water tank compared to a few hundred gallons of pool water... Abit different in terms of scale my Fren. kNo offense, And besides we all know if you have a pool above the structure would be much stronger in terms of building standards ... But still would like to know those who are loving under pools and noticed anything less auspicious about thier current lives.. Need to get this bad mojo that's bugging me. Thanks. Anyone??

Swimming pool on top is bad for maintenance purposes and so bad fengshui.

Water is heavy. That's a lot of pressure on top. What if there is a crack and water leak ?

Similarly a water tank on top is also bad fengshui.

But that can't be avoided. Every condo needs one on top.

And that is smaller compared to a swimming pool. A crack or leak can be spotted easily and then fixing also easier.

10 feng Shui Lou will tell u ten different stories. Everyone is out there to make a living. I see these ppl as gong gu lou.

Chinese says, Fong Shui master cheat you 8~10 years. You still want to trust?

Anyway, it is better than W2020 or TN2050. Cheat you 30 years.

Also means stronger structure and more thorough maintenance.

Rooftop swimming pool is not suitable for Malaysia hot weather. You won't wanna go to rooftop in the afternoon. Feng shui wise I don't know

For me, its not about the the bad Feng Shui but more on the maintance in the long term..

U know Malaysian standard.. Always lack on maintance.. So there risk u could suffer later...

So my take.. Skip those with rooftop swimming pool

Water tank on roof consider the same methodology ? Cause both also big tank full with water.

Put it in a laymen term. Which condo has pool in rooftop that property price has fallen and are they doing well or sustainable in weak market?

Technically, are we still afraid if the pool built by today technology?

almost every high end tenant in malaysia looking for rooftop pool. airbnb also favour rooftop pool. i dont need fengshui idiot (sorry if i cause offence to anyone who believe and pay for these nonsense)to tell me is loss or gain money. example vipod klcc owners laughing to the bank. traders only 4 star but more famous than most 5 star hotel in kl coz of a skybar with pool.
