I've been working out for the past 6 months consistently for 3-4 times a week and hitting almost every parts of my body except the legs. However, recently I didn't notice any gainz, not that noticeable compare to the time when I first started gym. I think I've reached my limit or do I just hit the plateau.

Ok maybe the hint is not clear enough, let me help a fellow beginner. Increase the weight of your workouts, increase your calorie intake. Like what u have been bashed with, read the stickies, enough for u to not hit plateau for another year or 2. If u still hit one, read them again

This sounded stupid. To lots of beginners. And I was that beginner 3 years ago. I bertaubat. I followed what stickies said and I read them again once in a while. Just to remind myself not to repeat the mistake I did, not reading the stickies. TS, read stickies.

I got weak legs due to previous injuries therefore I couldn't put on much weights in leg workout.

Permanent provided don't exceed your natural limit.

But to keep it while off you need to continue diet and train strictly like how every natural trainee does to maintain their muscle mass.

My ego is that I prefer to work hard to get what I want. I'm not in a rush, it's never meant to be a short journey.

PS: I totally understand the use of steroid injection in this case for the knee joints (not for gainz ok). It's not the same as injection steroids to get massive guys. It's meant to relief joint inflammation and other inflammation diseases. You can consult your GP for details and if he/she recommends you to get it. Just look up info before jumping into conclusions about this topic.

pretty sure most of the peeps who's asking to refrain from juicing have good intentions. Ask any veterans in any juiced bb forums and theyll tell you to have at least 5 years experience before starting (to make sure you have the discipline for the training, diet and even PCT shit)

so someone who's just lifting for 6 months and already cannot tahan to pin his ass, we can see his discipline level there. once he decided to stop this lifestyle (and most of the time abruptly), be prepared for possible bitch tits, limp dick and even one hell of a ride of depression. just hope that he doesn't kill himself biggrin.gif

She's not entirely wrong nor are you wrong either. MOST steroids used in BB is also used in clinical settings. While the steroids Studio15 mention of are a class of steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (eg: Dexamethasone). For minor knee-joint pain I doubt using the aforementioned drug would be required. Probably just a simple NSAID will do lol ?

Most steroids e.g Anavar, Anadrol, Deca are used/invented to treat people with muscle wasting diseases such as AIDS and post-surgery recovery. Taken at higher dosages 3~4x therapeutic dosages they immensely accelerate muscle gains.

Currently they are inventing SARMS to replace steroids but SARMS are no way near yet. Wonder what the future awaits. It's so mind boggling that it's so hard to invent something similar to steroids WITHOUT the HPTA shutdown.

Yes I'm aware of that. I was saying that I understand the use of those particular roids for this kind of medication. Most folks always shy away the moment they hear the word 'steroids' for healing purposes coz they assume its the same as the ones being used for BB. Since TS has knee joint issues, I suggest he seek a GP's advice on injecting steroids to help with the issue.
