 Alamak I think, I hit the plateau

I've been working out for the past 6 months consistently for 3-4 times a week and hitting almost every parts of my body except the legs. However, recently I didn't notice any gainz, not that noticeable compare to the time when I first started gym. I think I've reached my limit or do I just hit the plateau.

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

Ok maybe the hint is not clear enough, let me help a fellow beginner. Increase the weight of your workouts, increase your calorie intake. Like what u have been bashed with, read the stickies, enough for u to not hit plateau for another year or 2. If u still hit one, read them again

This sounded stupid. To lots of beginners. And I was that beginner 3 years ago. I bertaubat. I followed what stickies said and I read them again once in a while. Just to remind myself not to repeat the mistake I did, not reading the stickies. TS, read stickies.

Ultimately I also asked the TS to read the stickies, just added to highlight to him what to look out for: the workout progression as well as diet

You got me wrong. What you said is correct. But those simple words of eat, train, sleep, repeat sounded stupid to some stubborn beginners. Not marketable. Read stickies? 90% won't read them even after we tell.

Oh i got u now bro. Perhaps simplistic would have been the better word haha. But yeah I concur, we, as in u and i included, before we got on the right path all want the magic workout, magic supplement, magic tips, magic this that.

I got weak legs due to previous injuries therefore I couldn't put on much weights in leg workout.
