Try this http://www.wincert.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=1442

It works for me, just follow the instructions in the FAQ. It's actually an update on J-Slade's instructions on the first page, much more simpler.

After I download the Visual Style by Vishal-Gupta. I extract it and double click the visual style file . But in the Display properties , there is no new theme or style but just 2 original style which are window xp / classic.Any solution?

Same here. Somehow, there isn't any Windows Vista themes available at the Themes tab in Display Properties. By the way, does anyone know how of a single program that will change my default Windows XP taskbar style to that of Windows Vista? Any other program besides the Transformation Pack program?
