i've register unifi lite package...
they are supposed to install this tomorrow or thursday..
i'm asking for rm 129 package...
just need to see in the first bill whether it will be rm 129 or rm 149...

my house only covered for streamyx 8mbps before and no unifi since they keep calling me to upgrade it to 8mbps for rm 160... but i only used 4mbps for more than 3 years than i terminate it..
last week i go to tm point to check if my area is covered or not and they said my house is covered for unifi lite...
and i think i might get rm129 package without std 20 and no phone will be given..
just need to wait when the contractor come install it at my house

i live at kelantan btw

they said they will try for rm 129 but i don't mind paying rm 149 since before i use streamyx 4mbps for rm 140

they said rm129 package is not in the system and they want to ask TM HQ first according to this rm 129 package

i think using copper wire... but they exchange old copper wire at my house to a new one... and they use 12mbps down & 6mbps up port

No, only streamyx here and the highest one before was 8mbps streamyx

i use streamyx before... 4mbps package...
i terminate old one and register this one since i don't even use phone anyway
i don't know if we have the option to keep the old number or not

U may go to nearest tm point i guess for more details

I ask the man but they also don't know since this is the first customer they have for unifi lite...

I didn't open yet that phone.. only use router and stb box only



Rm 80 charge is for wiring... Extra rm 30 i think because wire come through ceiling

I don't know about any details, need to check the receipt again.
But when i ask tm point before, they said installer may charge me..

About wiring protection, they didn't said anything about that.. i think extra charge for them to climb up to ceiling

No voice std 20

The only thing that weird is they give me cordless phone and stb for hypp tv when they shouldn't and still got 3.7k tm rewards point worth rm 37
Need to ask them back about this since i cannot use that stb because this hypp tv package for unifi lite cannot use stb, only hypp tv everywhere for 2 devices...

Here is my first bill.. only this page matter i guess

This hypptv given is more like hypptv for streamyx user.
No dedicated port for hypptv.
I didn't use hypptv anyway but maybe it will use some bandwidth for your internet...
Since this is like streamyx, i try use speedtest for upload speed and the ping spike but when i stream, for example twitch@facebook live, ping quite ok...

At my kampung in terengganu, they used fibre termination box and fibre wall socket for unifi 50mbps...

But here they directly connected to wall socket, probably copper since this is vdsl..

I doublty they used fiber too in here since this is subb area...
And the ping i got is unlike fibre unifi

And for stb unit, no you cannot use it since i tried it already...
Whenever i try to put my stb username and password, it passed but it said stb limit has been reached...
TM make your account cannot use stb because the limit for stb is 0..

I don't know about retaining old number since i terminate my old streamyx one and register new for this...
