my area is port full. so how to ask technician to open port for me? got coverage also useless unless tm install more ports.

wow..if they quote you 8k... take maximum 8  slot la... resell.. want port paid la.

it is a green box terminal at resident side that allows connection to be pull from it to individual house for unifi connectivity. If u did not see the box it means ur house is not covered by unifi. For newer houses they are normally green boxes that can be seen in front of a house. One box can serve abt 8 houses, so not every house in front will have the green box but certain houses only but it is shared. For older houses, normally it will be at the pole behind houses. Both serve the same purpose.

if ur house got no coverage, no matter how many times u go to TM point the result will be the same. Ur area must be covered first. But to get it covered u need to have significant amount of ur Neighbours indicated interests to sign up only they will consider to install the infra at ur side.

If u request them to come to install also possible. I once got ask before one street needs to pay rm20k to get it done.

Same shit with unifi...now unifi lite.....TM really do knowm how to milk the customer and getting hopes high.....
