If this package is cheap (RM100 or below) and also open to new subscriber, maybe I will consider to subscribe again.

Hmm,I've asked the CS...they said it will be available in this month with no exact date...but she did say I can call the sales department tomorrow for further inquiry as according to her my area has the coverage but she cant get to the more detail info

Seeing tm worker laying the unifi cable underground infront of my house make me so happy, but after waiting for almost a year, nothing happen. My are still got no unifi, only bangsawan area got coverage. My dream is shattered.

Maybe we can apply this unifi lite using this technique. Go to the tm page and do the unifi online registration. So maybe tm people will call you and tell you your area doesn't have unifi but they can give your the lite package. Last time I try apply unifi online althought my area doesn't have any coverage. The worker ask me if I wanna upgrade my streamyx from 2 to 4 mpbs instead. The funny thing is, my area doesn't cover 4mbps as I have try multiple time to upgrade it.I ask tm center and even the technician who do the house installation, they say my place max 2, 4 doesn't have. But suddenly after trying this method, I get the upgrade and has been using it. LOL.

I just got back from Tm Point, the officer who attended me just now said:

"I'm sorry sir, this plan only available for those who stayed under unifi coverage"
(I looked him like )

While most statement on the internet clearly stated that:

"This plan only available for those who out of coverage of Unifi/No port available"



Lastly he said:

"Sir, perhaps you want to try our Webe, it's only RM79 per month yada yada...."

I straightly said sorry and blah macam tu je!

Unifi *Lite* to non-Unifi area
and Unifi VIP10 (not Lite) to Unifi area.

arggg, me also same, streamyx 8M, unifi beside my taman got, and no coverage available for this unifi lite. looks like i need to terminate this streamyx and continue my digi infi 150

another not tele info between local TM and centre TM, local said no support... centre said will be ready !

I just checked with TMConnects.. my area is not covered with Unifi lite... so high chance theory here is provided to those with unifi coverage only :|
