I'm getting confused...so if your place not covered by unifi but only streamyx, will you be able to apply for Unifi Lite?

Because currently TM gives 2 different TP-Link models that are AC1200. The C5v2 and the C1200.

About the same but I prefer C5v2, boots up faster, has bw control but the C1200 has VPN server though it boots up really slowly and doesn't have bandwidth control.

4 minutes to be more exact. Yes it boots up like damn slow.

More like certain company kept on getting $$$ from certain government while Jaring can't even get any. Original plan : Government subsidize or sponsor the internet infrastructure (copper back in the day for dsl) and allow TM to prepare the infrastructure similar to MYTV right now. The problem, TM tries very hard on not allowing other to use the infrastructure (high price, excuses on hardware incompatibility etc).

Yup, hypptv on setup box is not shared bandwidth.

I am personally using Rm130++ android box and seldom use hypptv everywhere

Promosi unifi lite sehingga 31.5.2017

1. Fiber cable coming from green Fiber Termination Point (on the ground) or white Fiber Termination Point (on the pole). Depends on ur location.
2. Fiber cable will terminate at a white Fiber Termination Box (FTB) outside of ur house.
3. Another internal fiber cable will continue from FTB to the Fiber Wall Socket (FWS) inside ur house.
4. One more thinner fiber cable will continue from FWS to the Broadband Termination Unit (BTU) (aka modem for ADSL users).
5. Phone will connect to the BTU with RJ11 cable for making calls. Residential Gateway (RG) (aka router) will connect to the BTU via RJ45.
6. Hypptv box (unavailable for Unfi Lite users) and ur PC/NAS/TV and stuff will connect to the RG.

Note: TM is not providing FTB anymore so the fiber cable from FIber Termination Point will go straight into the house and to the FWS.
