Then how the call rate been charge since there is 2 fixed line number available?
If monthly pay RM1 exclude GST, then is it still same unlimited call to TM Fixed line?

wanna ask u, ur talian tetap as stated in the bill is copper landline number? And u get to retain the number for RM1 without the sewa bulanan of RM25 even for Unifi lite RM129?    The only thing holding me from going unifi is the ability to retain my existing copper landline number...

I think it is because he did not subscribe for the voice plan.

At least they hv the initiative to promote 
Btw i think my taman still got a lot capacity tho. tm dealer always come to my taman and set up tent and table and banner straight in front of my house to promote unifi, bad sad thing is no one subscribe cause it was still RM199 at that time. They even ring the doorbell from door to door. 

Finally my dad decided to apply for Unifi Lite at TMPoint Kota Bharu around 5pm today after he didn't receive any response from a TM agent that he inquired for days.

But my dad is disappointed a bit because the TM guy said that the RM129 package (excluding STD20) is only available in certain states (exculding Kelantan). So he took the RM149 package instead. 

Ya correct as i upgrade to unifi with new number but wanna retain old number.. pay only rm1 permonth and use it to receive call only..

What the CS told you is not true, why? Because my area has Unifi and Streamyx. I was offered numerous times to upgrade to Unifi 30Mbps but I rejected the offer till April 21st when a Unifi promoter came to my house.

Well, I've successfully upgraded from Streamyx 8Mbps to Unifi Lite 10Mbps @ RM129/month (without voice).

Here's the story:

1. April 21st, I was outside cleaning my house in the evening when a TM/Unifi promoter came and ask if I was interested to upgrade to Unifi Lite. I was suprised for a moment because I knew Unifi Lite hasn't officially launch yet. Regardless, I straight told him I'm interested and did the registration on the spot. The agent had the my card reader and his gadget to do the registration.

2. Same day I got confirmation email regarding the application and in the email it stated that installation will be on the 30th of April.

3. 27th April, I got a call from TM confirming the installation on the 30th.

4. 30th, installer came to fix the fibre cable and set everything up. Immediately my Unifi Lite was connected and I'm using it now.
So far, DL speed is around 9.5Mbps, UL speed is 5.5Mbps, latency is 7-9ms.

i need to compare the rm149 bundles for potentially more saving

RM129 for landed property is indeed 50/50 (subject to TM approval)
if TM say no, then u r farked

My agent also said this to me will be lower chance to get RM129 for landed because RM129 for low cost flat and apartment. I already tried another agent also, same answer.

Yes, need fingerprint for application now, tm has already implemented this system few years ago. But i can sometime still see application without fingerprint, not sure how they do/bypass it.

TM has implement biometric aka thumprint few months back.
All the while use forms but started few months back now everyone need thumbprint.

Online registration dont need thumbprint but need pay upfront RM100 within 10 days upon service successfully activated. Upfront will reflected in the 1st bill.

For those who did walk-in and did thumbprint, dont have to pay RM100
