Due to my kiasu attitude i have been tried anything to get the shit done since soft launching in mid Apr'17.
TMpoint str8 away tell me my whole area doesn't covered for Lite without single look into their database.
and then lost count of how many agents keep quiet after my application failed, i have no remorse F them kawkaw.
i suggest u don't solely rely on TMpoint or 25/5 things.
i have no shame approaching lots of agents at the same time and finally someone with higher privilege able to get the shit done.

If anyone here still faced rejection from TM due to whatever donkey reasons/drama,
please seek diff agents to get things done for you.
Not all agents are same,
Some just collecting basic info,
but some have higher privilege and they can bypass lots of waiting games & stupid procedures.

i find it gross they forced RM50 worth of useless craps:
RM20 - free voice call (can waive *upon request* only)
RM30 - HyppTV apps, seriously??

Should allowed pure internet for RM99,
heck i would even take it if they mark up to RM119.

HyppTv rubbish Apps only (no STB)
no phone (need to redeem via TMreward)
but from what i know some installer still blur blur give the above just as normal Unifi installation

Both, depends on infra on the area.

If terminate Streamyx and change to Unifi,
(e.g my last bill charged for 01-30 May and i terminate on 20th)
Will TM refund the unused period?

just confirmed with CS, they will send final bill (in Jun'17), if the amount is negative, they will issue cheque to us in 3 months, 3-freaking-month
