If you can't subscribe for rm129 unifi lite, i think it's better to take rm179 one. But if got an option for rm129 one, then grab for it instead of rm179 one. Rm129 for 10mbps download and 5mbps upload, some more you're on fiber which is stable than copper vdsl, i think that's really a good deal. How lucky are you....
*
The thing is, there is shitload of rules to get RM129.
harder than masuk university

Depends on the situation. Normally a normal application can be processed in 5-10 minutes.

Step by step:

1) Pls give an accurate address
2) if under coverage, proceed registration (thumbprint can be done later)
3) appointment for installation can be done on 48 hours
After UNIFI registration, appointment for installation can be done within 2 or 3 days (depends situation)
*
my situation was the agent confirmed in their system my address is in coverage,
(means i'm pretty much guaranteed for rm149 package)
the tricky part is the RM129 package (mine is landed property in fibre area),
subject to agent appeal -> TM approval and 'site survey' some more (WTF).
everytime these cycle will take 7 days before i switch agent again.
So far all agents failed and I bashed each of them (because they talk cock & over-confidently)

how so lite promotion ending this month when TM WEBSITE havent updated anything yet? wtf?
*
They're too butthurt to reveal publicly,
knowing all existing Shitmix users will upgrade *or* Unifi VIP/advance user will downgrade to Lite,
either way will greatly cut their profit because Lite is significantly cheaper

Actually it's significantly MORE expensive.
You need to calculate as per megabit not how much you pay per month.
*
Realistically many ppl will dump 30M/rm179-199 and 100M if given a choice they could subscribe 10M with rm129.
Simple as that, no math needed.

RM129 for 10M? Why not RM99? Nobody want hypptv crap.
*

You are interested in free HyppTV channels (if subscribed by May17)? You can wait till one day this year TM officially offer promotional rate of RM129 (like Unifi Advance at Rm179) or 1 month free subscription!
*
No offense, are you speak on behalf of TM or it is purely one of your guessing game?

I am lead to believe there won't be any reveal/official announcement from Jun'17 onwards,
Unifi Lite will remain sink into bottom of sea. tongue.gif

Since when streamyx 8mb got 10mb+- download and 1mbps+- upload? Im using 8mb right now and the highest that i can get only 8.5mb for download and 0.56mb for upload. Haihh... i've saw many of your post here quite misleading and only based on your agak-agak information.
*
i believe he's talking about speed cap limit set by technician?
e.g:
4Mbps = 5120kbps
8Mbps = 10240kbps
10Mbps = 12800kbps
and so on?

Think positively, maybe you will get FTTH or VDSL2-VPlus a few years later, bypassing VDSL2. One day they have to remove your ADSL2+ card (becoming obsolete) and replaced by VDSL2 card. At distance of 300m, 300Mbps is possible for VDSL2-Vplus (not yet popular at this moment).

U ah..
every single post talk about:
1. wait
2. patience
3. xx years later

Justice arrived finally rclxm9.gif
TM called and appointed me to do installation tomorrow (but i postpone it to Saturday due to unavailability on working days).
But i won't take it for granted until it is indeed fully installed,
hopefully no last minute hiccups.

Courtesy to LeonTan
Instant registration, zero ding dong, highly recommended. rclxms.gif
