Hi,
I am an overseas resident. I usually visit Malaysia for work purpose, twice or thrice a year. I have been using whatsapp registering from u mobile number since 2014. Since, last year I stopped topping it up and it got deactivated.
I switched my phone recently and now i cannot register my whatsapp with that number. I need your assistance in understanding the possible remedy.
I have been active to so many professional whatsapp groups from the same number, i really need it back.
Thanks in advance

Thanks in advance Your scenario indicates that your umobile number have been recycled and reassigned. It is now probably registered to a new owner and the new owner have activated and verified the number on whatsapp for his use. That is most likely the reason for your whatsapp to be deactivated. If the above is true, the only remedy is to contact the new owner to see if he is willing to transfer ownership to you. Apart from that there is no other way for you to regain the same number.

Sorry to say.. The number gone already.. Registered to another person...
I give u one suggestion... Try to get telco who offer long term validity... So u don't needs to top up often...
1 xox should be the one offer long validity period.. Maybe some of the agents can help out...
