it is well know that any Telco always change their plans after a few months. example celcom unlimited burung hantu after awhile they change to only 10gb limit..... digi live RM5 high speed unlimited video 10gb now change to lite 512kbps speed only.

so will this this unlimited 150 be turn to limited quota or something shitty after a few months?

Yes, the email was from ecomm web. How do i cancel it? What do you mean by CS? Is "CS" here means the staff at DiGi center?

Yes, CS from centre, i dono how he cancel it, he ask me to ignore, he will do the rest, then he proceed to teach me how to apply online, he did not do it on the spot due to my sim card having some problem at that time.

Upon a closer look. Yes the name is "Ecomm Web" but the sender address is the same as yours, noreply@digi.com.my.

Btw, mine was a change of mobile plan application, from PREpaid to POSTpaid.

If they change, we just need to complain with MCMC, or just port out to another telco. This plan has no contract
