Maybe you could consider getting this model
Huawei E5186S-22a http://h5.m.taobao.com/awp/core/detail.htm...661&toSite=main

Cat6 and gigabit ports
The tplink model at lelong only cat4 and just normal lan for around the same price
*
Agreed.. go for enterprise-class hardware for better performance and longevity..

NoKusshon if your budget does not permit it then this is a good alternative to obtain faster LTE-A connectivity for your devices..

mifi can connect 8 - 16 device depend on model

4g router can connect up to 32 - 64 device

usb modem + wireless router... lagi murah
this tplink model only cat4..
*
ya.. though cat4 this device support LTE-A.. cat4 can go up to 150Mbps which is good enough.. doubt Digi's network can go up to 150Mbps

digi network is getting shittier day by day.speedtest can get 12Mbps+. no fluctuation and stable.

but watching utube and downloading, the speed rarely reach 200KB/s and fluctuating.highly unstable. both 3g and 4g.mainly during 8 pm to 12 pm...

did digi purposely doing this to prevent tower congestion?
*
for what I've read this happen to other telco as well.. might to do with the spectrum upgrading or something like that.. due end of June.. should be fine by 1st. of July

guess depend areas....

i managed to get ard 95-105 MBs under LTE-A areas in cheras bt9 areas.
but if 4G only near house only 15-50, mostly ard 30MBs...much better than maxis fibre...

some areas only i got 5Mbs puke.gif
*
Cheras Bt.9? that's near to me.. will go there test out.. Thanks for the info

Shud b same if spectrum same....
Due to SISO,
10mhz max 36mbps
20mhz max 75mbps

So maxis n celcom will get 75mbps at indoor compare to dg n um if all sharing same antenna.
*
Does this one applied to home user or for shopping complex only?

Actually, our neighbor, the unit beside ours is using time and according to them, they are also experiencing frequent disconnections. That's why I thought infinite 150 could do the job since if I'm not mistaken, it's using broadband connection compared to tm/time. Kindly correct me if I am wrong on that. biggrin.gif
*
fiber optics broadband will always be better than mobile broadband,period.. and as far as I know mobile broadband tends to have more intermittent/frequent dc issue than fiber..
just that mobile broadband will be very useful if you travel around frequently..
