U can personally complaint to maxis reception poor in that area or tell EW to complaint then Maxis will set up a telco base station there as all telco station towers are rented to Maxis, Celcom n digi n etc by a third party who owns the towers....was told if complaint within 2 wks d telco will try to rectify the reception....last time in kampung my relative can only used celcom 4G ...but now maxis lte in the kampung area....
