Charge by square feet? But you take care everything inside your house!

The higher the building the more tenants but the land area still the same. Therefore, the more tenants, should be the more cheaper.

For me it should be how much on top what the security service charge. What maintenance the money collected is used for, then it is more fair how much to charge monthly.

This is just my opinion. I'm not living in condo
