Hi all, my service apartment going to have an EGM soon to increase service charge. They had propose their budget on various expenses category. So I want to get others condo/service apartment's monthly maintenance cost for comparison, see whether they charge me abnormal fee or not.

2. not sure on collection rate, 104k is total billing
3. security, cleaning, electricity, and management office staff & managing agent fees
4, gym, swimming pool, sauna
5. 1.5 years

1) painting of common property
2) purchase of movable property for common property
3) replacement of fixture in common property
