GoodYear NCT5:
- Came with new car on 2006 Toyota Vios, worst tyre that I ever use. Horrible grip and tyre noise, really sick of it.

Falken Ziex 912:
- A very soft compound tyre.
- Less noise but more noise coming up when tyre thread is almost end of life.
- When it's new, the rubber is really nice and very comfort as well.
- Bad thread lifespan, last for only 40,000km then you will have to change a new set.

Michelin MXV8:
- Very quiet tyre.
- Used on my 2010 Toyota Corolla Altis, came with new car.
- Tyre grip is acceptable but not recommended to drive fast on wet road.

Hankook V12 Evo:
- Consider quiet for sport range or ultimate performance tyre (DO NOT COMPARE WITH COMFORT TYRES)
- Very good grip on dry and wet
- Thread lifespan is acceptable, so far so good.

Next tyre will try Michelin LC Primacy on my 17 inch wheel.

Most of the larger tyre shops can order for you if they don't have, but they are really expensive, bumpy and traction is not as good as normal tyres...

What size? One member fitted 215/45R17 at RM465, so it is same as GY Asy2 price, not cheap either but then is under Yoko Advan range.....
*
Yeah, that's the size I'm using now. RM465 seems reasonable.

if you're willing to try, PLEASE provide feedback biggrin.gif
they are really really expensive though since it is yokohama's top of the line quiet/comfort tire

as far as i know the tread wear isnt that ideal for such an expensive tire (soft compound, also using the new orange oil thingy compound that c drive 2 are using) and wet grip isnt anything to talk about. other than that, no other negative feedbacks i've seen for these.

Not that quick yet, I just got my Hankook V12 Evo for about 5 months.

Seems like not much people using Yokohama Advan dB V551, latest from Yokohama, most quiet tyre offer in Yokohama range.
