Hi there,

You already change to GSD3 from V12? Wanna hear your comment about V12 performance compared to GSD3 if you have tried.

I'm still stucked with GSD3 but wanna change it. PS3 looks like unable to match its wets performance. So thinking about V12. The funny thing about GSD3 is that when new, dry sucks wets very good. Once wear above 50%, suddenly dry performance improved a lot and can corner with confidence. Even though GSD3 is suppose to be superior, there is just one weakness, which is wet grip on cement is very poor.

thana146,

Never S************! My car is skidding all the time in the rain now, that's why I'm thinking of changing tyres.

My virgin 'BUANG' experience is with SILVERSTONE tyres on a slightly damn road. Its unforgettable even till today.

Good? Any good decent tropical(is this the word) tyres?

I don't sprint a lot so the extreme grip semi slick would not be useful to me.
What I'm looking is for a more confident ride during the rain, the world is going to end next year, see how it rain non stop since the beginning of the year, even during CNY?

I think none other is safer than GoodYear Eagle F1 lor... 120KMH in the rain is not a problem with it... laugh.gif

To be fair, I have not used silverstone's performance range tyres (if there is any) as I only driven my gf's proton saga with stock silverstone tyres. Compared to my neo's stock CC5, the tyre's grip limit is crazily low (to me) and if you take really sharp corners with speed, the tyres already screaming at you to stop. Not fun. Plus other reviews on silverstone especially the tyre guys makes me want to think properly whether to invest on silverstone.

Actually I don't think silverstone is in my choice, I'm now using PS3, the next tyre change should be the BS RE050 or RE001 or S1Evo

How much thread left? I wonder how the PS3 perform in the wets after being worn down to 50% or less.
