I just changed to Yokohama A-Drive R1 205/45/R16 for my Neo and I'm loving it~ really worth the money spent~ currently is raining season in the east coast and I have to say the grip is good in wet

Just changed to AD08R for my Neo CPS and loving them day by day! The downside is my fuel consumption is higher coz cannot resist the temptation to attack corner at high speed!

QUOTE(stevenc68 @ May 19 2014, 10:17 PM) Hi, Which tyres would you guys choose for Forte (215/45/R17): (1) Conti MC5 (RM 350) or (2) Michelin Primacy 3ST (RM 390) Budget < RM 400 per donut. I also hv a quote for Michelin PS3 for RM 425 per donut. But above my budget RM425 for 17" PS3? That's cheap man! Better topup another RM100 (assuming u buy 4 tyres), this tyre performs waaaaaaaayyyyyy better than those two tyres~

QUOTE(adam_pain @ Apr 15 2015, 10:32 AM) Hi guys, I've been reading this thread and still can't decide which tyre to buy.. planning to change all 4 tyres for my car within this 2months. Looking for 225/45/18. My total budget maybe around RM2,000. Would appreciate if you can suggest for me an all rounder tyre, but more concern on tyre noise. Maybe the ratio would be like 65% NVH/comfort, 35% performance. Thank you very much in advance. P/S any review on Bridgestone Potenza RE003?? Branded 17" could easily fetch RM500/piece~ I want to suggest Michelin PS3 but it might blow your budget.

QUOTE(hammetts @ Apr 8 2017, 03:30 PM) 1. My tyre got lebam/bengkak. Some shop said I need to change the tyre, some dont. Need advise (refer picture) 2. If I need to change tyre please recommend which brand affordable+reasonable. - Honda City 09 - 205/50/16 - Current brand Thunderer (last user) Please change coz bengkak tires are dangerous. Some option you may consider: 1) Hankook V12 Evo2 2) Yokohama Advan Fleva I am not keen on using Thunderer. Even if you are limited on budget, please at least buy tyres from renown brand like Hankook, Yokohama, Toyo, Dunlop, Goodyear etc.
