Anyone can tell what is the original factory recommend tyre pressure psi that stated beside the door for civic 2.0..tyre size 215/45r17..

No wonder my car bumpy as hell..I pumped 230 kpa for 4 tyres..
Stock tyre size is 215/45/R17 right?
